Stacy Lam
Director of Operations
Stacy was born and raised in the Charlottesville area and now calls Barboursville home. She began her career in real estate but quickly discovered her true passion in property management—a field where she has built over 18 years of experience, including 14 years of dedicated service at Terrace Greene.
As Director of Operations, Stacy oversees the day-to-day functions of the property, ensuring that everything runs smoothly—from resident relations and leasing operations to maintenance coordination and staff development. She plays a key role in setting operational standards, improving resident satisfaction, and leading strategic initiatives that enhance the overall community experience.
Stacy holds certifications as both a Certified Apartment Manager and a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor. She is known for her genuine care for each and every resident and works hard to ensure their time here is comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free. Stacy also leads a passionate and talented team that shares her commitment to excellence and community-focused service.
Jason Lam
Maintenance Supervisor
Jason is a lifelong resident of Greene County and brings over 20 years of experience as a licensed electrician to his role as Maintenance Supervisor at The Villages at Terrace Greene. Since joining the team, he has taken great pride in leading a skilled and dependable maintenance staff dedicated to keeping the community in top condition.
In his role, Jason is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property maintenance, including routine repairs, preventive maintenance, safety inspections, vendor coordination, and emergency response. He ensures that work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards, contributing directly to the comfort and satisfaction of every resident.
In 2021, Jason was honored as Maintenance Supervisor of the Year—a well-deserved recognition of his leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence.
Jason's strong work ethic, community roots, and passion for helping others make him an invaluable part of The Villages at Terrace Greene team.
Mindy Critzer
Property Manager
As the dedicated Property Manager for The Villages at Terrace Greene, Mindy's goal is to be proactive and transparent with a focus on exceptional service, operational excellence, and a personalized experience for every resident.
Mindy's approach blends careful attention to detail with strong vendor relationships and responsive service. Whether Mindy is coordinating custom services or ensuring community standards are met, she strives to maintain the quality, beauty, and integrity that define The Villages at Terrace Greene.
Above all, Mindy is here to help create a community that feels both exclusive and effortless—a place residents are truly proud to call home.
Candy House
Leasing Consultant
Born and raised in beautiful Virginia. Charlottesville is where Candy calls home. Candy the proud mom of two wonderful daughters and two bright, witty (and extremely handsome!) grandsons who keeps life fun and full of laughter.
Candy has spent over 30 years in Customer Relations, Advertising, and Marketing fields that allow her to connect with people and share stories, which has always been a passion of hers. Candy loves building relationships, solving problems creatively, and helping ideas come to life.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Candy reading a good book, laughing until she cries with family and friends, or soaking up sunshine at one of her favorite spots Nags Head, NC.
Kenny Gilbert
Maintenance Technician
Born in Charlottesville, Kenny has spent much of his life throughout the South — from South Carolina to West Virginia, and eventually back home to Virginia. He’s the proud father of two sons and spends much of his free time coaching basketball and baseball, sharing his love for teamwork and sportsmanship.
When he’s not on the field or court, Kenny enjoys relaxing at the beach, firing up the grill, and staying active playing sports. With nearly 20 years of experience in the maintenance and building industry, Kenny brings a wealth of hands-on expertise and dedication to his work. He’s thrilled to be part of the Terrace Greene community and looks forward to making a positive impact every day.
Sherman Kilby
Groundsman
Sherman is our dedicated groundsman who takes great pride in keeping the community beautiful and welcoming. With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, he ensures that every outdoor space is safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Outside of work, Sherman enjoys spending time with his wife and their two boys. Family time is always his top priority.
Known for his reliability and positive attitude, Sherman is proud to be part of the team and loves contributing to a place residents are proud to call home.
